General volunteer registrations are now closed. The only teams still recruiting skilled volunteers are the Medical Assist teams, and the Building team. To register to go to Rwanda as part of one of these teams, please complete the Volunteer Registration form.

The process for the volunteer registration phase is as follows:

1. Complete the registration Volunteer Registration form.

2. Your details will be reviewed and forwarded to the appropriate team leaders.

3. All applications will be reviewed by the team leaders and successful applicants will be contacted.

4. Please forward all the required information as requested by the team leaders.

For you to be eligible to Volunteer with Hope Rwanda you will need to complete this registration process.

To be accepted as a volunteer member of any team you are required to provide and sign a number of documents and complete a number of activities. We shall forward the appropriate forms and expect that you will take responsibility to provide all documents, completed forms and certificates as required

• Two reference letters
• Police Check certificate
• Working with children clearance
• Immunization certificate
• Travel Insurance certificate
• Valid Passport details
• Medical Certificate
• Appropriate qualification certificates, as needed
• Complete and sign a Media Release Form
• Complete and sign a Disclaimer Agreement
• Complete and sign Code of Conduct Forms, as appropriate
• Agree to take financial responsibility
